Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $79
- $7.99 shipping fee for orders under $79
Order Processing & Cut-off Time
- Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (PT), Monday–Friday.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States: 4-8 days
Canada: 6-10 days
United kingdom: 6-10 days
Courier Service
All orders are shipped using a fully tracked courier service.
Pre-Orders and Back-Orders
Pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as the stock is replenished.
Shipment Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Changing Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once the order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Shipping Notice
